Well if you want to be fussy about the language, they are in the process of reneging on it and going so far as to pass a bill and break international law to do it. I like you Pete, which is why I feel the need to tell you that you have been making an utter show of yourself in recent weeks. More red tape, not less as was promised, a vast lorry park, etc....not sure this is what those who voted to leave envisaged;

How could we entrust the actual mechanics of leaving the EU to a bunch of incompetent, elitist, selfish right wing Tory liars?
A regulatory border between Kent and the rest of the UK? Along with many more Tory cock ups, this government are simply not fit for purpose, regardless of whether you voted leave or stay

Does that mean there is free movement between the south part of Kent and the EU?

As mad as that sounds, its actually a serious question.
