Given that less than half of 18-24 year olds decided not to vote and there is a general consensus that most of those would have voted remain.

Its a bit harsh to blame those that exercised their right to vote, maybe look towards those that couldn't be bothered to get to the voting booth, if they put as much effort into voting as they did bleating about the result, the remain vote might have won.
