No idea, we rent our flat, but they're doing a bunch of work on the roof and walls, so are here for about four months I think. Fun working from home with banging and scraping outside the window.

You have my sympathy. I had two guys for about ten weeks doing stuff and I was absolutely drained and mentally relieved when they finally finished and left. At least you are not paying for it (until they put the rent up)........

Free movement means anyone can come on without a job ......try moving to the big countries outside the EU without a job.......

Joe, you make it very hard, you really do. We've had several years of evidence with regards to free movement vs the managed migration you advocate, and those coming here via free movement are more likely to have a job than those we choose to let come to Britain. Can you tell me again why you choose to ignore this evidence and continue to advocate something that the evidence clearly shows produces less of what you claim to want?

There will be nothing to rejoin. Once the U.K. does well, France then Germany will jump ship, Eastern Europe will have no money and the whole edifice will come crashing down....
then cue the rise of nations, bickering and likely war, but hey, you got your blue passport.
The likely scenario is that Brexit has only strengthened the EU in the sense that a European superstate is as far away as ever and every member will be accommodated to the best of the unions ability.
There's no dash out the door behind the UK.

Project fear this.....

Oh wait.

Cue Brexiters queuing up to say erosion of our food standards isn’t a problem. It’s what they voted for.

The EU has not stopped war. The fact that NATO exists and the USA, UK and France have nuclear weapons has kept the usual suspects under control. I have no problem with the EU except that it’s bureaucracy are getting ideas above their station. I believe that a stronger EU is more likely to start war than contain it........

I understand your view. But with respect I think you are wrong. I can only speak for myself, but I abhor both left and right wing extremists. I have no truck with political elites, who I regard as under intelligent no marks, and I’m no idiot. I don’t do self harm and am very aware of the future I leave for my kids and granddaughter. I made my choice, and I think it was the right one.....we will have to disagree.......

I just think the immigration issue played an unduly significant role in the referendum. Turkey joining imminently etc queues of refugees etc.

The most laughable thing about the immigration debate for me is that where the leave vote was highest (Lincolnshire) is where immigrants are most needed for agricultural work. There's going to be fun and games in these places in years to come one way or another.

do you think a war between EU member states is more or less likely if the EU fails?
