Yeah, and the results of that election were respected. The elected MPs entered parliament, they've been there since, voting on things and doing parliamentary stuff. It's not the same as not respecting the result of the referendum, if that's what you're getting at.
We have a fixed term parliament and this parliament, despite showing it is anything but dead, has been called 'a dead parliament', 'traitors', had death threats and been pilloried through the media and on this thread. It's been prorogued unlawfully and undermined through action devised to create a narrative of parliament vs the people.

And now the government is asking for a 3rd GE in 4 years.

Funny definition of respect.

So academic results mean more to you? Question his leadership qualities by all means but dont sink as low as questioning his intelligence. look at johnson the criminal...eton educated and spouts utter piffle waffle.
Academic results mean more to me than what? It's not sinking low to question his intelligence... he wants to be the prime minister of the country, so I think I'm entitled to question such things about him. And yeah, Johnson, Eton and Oxford educated.. something I'd prefer in a PM.

You aren't fit to govern.

Let's have an election then?

No (over and over again)

The fact that Brexit is dictating home politics now is sickening. The country is suffering whilst grown arse people are playing school yard for a living.
The country is suffering due to years of failed neo-liberal austerity policies visited on it by the tories and to a lesser extent new labour. Brexit is a smokescreen to distract people from the real damage being inflicted on us.

It's not necessarily fixed-term, as MPs can vote to have an earlier election. They're within their right to vote No to an earlier election though. It's just not the same as not respecting the result of a referendum. The results of the GE were respected, the MPs voted in then are free to vote for an earlier election... the referendum result was not respected. As for dangerous language, they're all as bad as each other. Though you make no mention of the dehumanising use of the term 'people's vote', as if those who voted in the 2016 referendum were not.

Dr Piffle got a 2.1 in Classics so he can spout meaningless and unfunny Latin bon mots ; just want we need to for a leader of the country.
If this is the type of leader (below) I'm lost for words.

I mean, earning a 2:1 at Oxford is far better than two Es at A-level and dropping out of a course in trade unionism. lol

Even though he spouts [Poor language removed]? Doff your cap at the next available opportunity then and accept him as your master. Christ on a fecking bike mate.

The government could try this radical thing called compromise to win the votes of the (larger) opposition? A minority government whinging for an election does have other options.

Did you know he also attended a European School in Brussels, because his dad worked for the European Commission...
