What I get from the document is how could the government be so stupid to extend the previous deal to the end of October instead of say March next year, given the increased seasonal use of the NHS over winter and the fact that our food growing season ends requiring us to import more items.

They would have known this from the last deadline so it just clearly shows the incompetence of the people who have been elected on our behalf to serve and protect the population.

I said a few months ago, but NHS staff have been warned of an especially tasty variant of the flu virus this winter. Kinda real isn't it?

Before all this started I was of the opinion that we should be governed by one or the other - Westminster or the EU and cut out which bit was the parasite. I always suspected that Parliament was full of charlatans and they were happy to blame the EU for their own ineptitude and forcefull policies on the UK, the last 3 years has shown that I was right in my thinking. What is also demonstrated is that we cannot leave the EU because we are so intertwined and dependent upon that trade relationship for our economy and livelihood to survive that this notion of Sovereignty and an independent UK is nothing short of waving a Union Jack on the Queens Birthday.

It's not incompetence - it's simply not caring. The worse it is the better - there's a race to the bottom to be had in the long term, with workers rights stripped and pure profiteering on offer, and in the short term you bet against the pound and profiteer.

This is what people haven't asked enough of - motive. Why are these snobs all for Brexit? What's the motive? It's not just blind stupid nationalism - it's money.

If you're working class and voted for Brexit, you were a turkey voting for Christmas.

The guy on sky tonight reckons the new PM has superseded that report by making better provision for a no deal scenario just in case on sky news it was in the newspaper the Times about it ok I do not tell lies.....
He then went onto say their were better improvements, but it was still shaky as hell ok!
that was his opinion .......
This is the official, latest emergency planning report on a no deal brexit scenario. There is no amended version or the govt would have released that.

so you stated this report was written by avid remainers. It wasn't, therefore you lied.

If this was the case Joey they would've published the mitigation as well.

In every meeting I've been in this year about Brexit planning very little has changed in terms of improvement to UKs position and particularly No Deal Brexit planning - which I have stated only really began in any meaningful way in January - has had very little progress.

...about a possible Tory/ Brexit Party deal.

Brexit Party are running at 14% in the opinion poll tonight. The Tories have to push them back below 10% to think about a majority.

I was just kidding, of course it will be interesting. Tbf the release of this document and probably more to come and with the Tories hell bent on leave it should mean the brexit party are an irrelevance at this election anyhow.

Thing is, Brexit party will gain even more votes if we’ve not left the EU by the time of the election. The tories will end up doing a deal. They’re screwed if they don’t
