Ha Ha. Imagine the SNP reaction to a referendum of any description for NI, when 60% Scots voted to stay in the EU.Hearing that the ERG are coming round to a referendum in Northern Ireland for the backstop... DUP getting shafted, imagine Farage is also frothing.
Can't wait.

I thought the UK government were strongly in favour of GDPR, I don't think it was 'imposed upon us'.Will be kind of ironic if the EU GDPR law is the thing that stops the release of the texts/emails etc.
Human rights acts say's they/ you have the right to a personal life and privacy. It's WORK mate, property of the Crown. The details almost certainly won't be released to the public. Everything I do on my personal phone/network is accessible to many government departments, thanks to part to these jokers that are going to refuse to obey the law. And still, Government and SPADS using burners ffs...
I'm disgusted seeing Tory MPs who have lied about, denigrated and consistently trashed the Human Right Act, while introducing legislation such as RIPA, clamouring to hide behind European Court Human Rights and Article 8 rights in order to preserve their right to private and family life. How does this asking to see peoples personal emails ect play out surely its illegal to do that unless they have broken the law.
Not really saying there correct mate just pointing out it was a mistake by Greive to add this on as i said further back.I'm disgusted seeing Tory MPs who have lied about, denigrated and consistently trashed the Human Right Act, while introducing legislation such as RIPA, clamouring to hide behind European Court Human Rights and Article 8 rights in order to preserve their right to private and family life.
Absolutely disgraceful stuff.
I think it only relates to Brexit planning and Prorogation. Nothing else. Not really saying there correct mate just pointing out it was a mistake by Greive to add this on as i said further back.

I understand people getting worked up about it .I think it only relates to Brexit planning and Prorogation. Nothing else.
P.s I know you weren't saying they were, but I still find it absolutely sickening

you can use your own device in works time as long as its personal, emergency's ect using your own email .
If your employer , say a bank worker for security reasons says they cannot be used they must have set out a working assement and policy and were possible make you reasonably aware of this when you sign your contract.
dont see the PM coming under such a policy as i said Greive has overreached himself here.
Ps it was The EU courts who brought this snooping on personal workers phones in to place over a case involving a Romanian worker.
British courts have not ruled on it as it could be challenged using the human rights act which we will now soon see what they think now this has happened.
