Er mate, the referendum to stay in the common market was advisory. Until it was made into law. Same with the 2016 one. All referendums are technically advisory. That’s just legal jargon that’s meaningless. The government said in the leaflet given to every house in the country, our wish would be implemented.

There is no evidence remainers would even accept a second referendum. Considering the leader of the libDems has said as much.

The margin of the referendum win for leave mandates a soft Brexit, at best or worst depending on which side your on. No deal has manifested over time.

The EU we were told by many in leave would be begging for deal, we could have cake and eat it all...

These fallacies have haunted leave right through this process, they made glib promises that they coukd not keep, and as suggested by many in remain from the beginning.

Any chance you could link up those other QC's? I'm interested in the legal arguments they are presenting.

I've asked a couple of times since you originally said you could reference more but you haven't replied.

Sorry I’m not ignoring, I’m actually on my phone right now, will do when I’m on laptop.

Lawyers for Brexit is a good thing to search, and also the Robin Tillbrook case had leading and retired Qc’s on his team. That was the original legal challenge, that ultimately failed, and is now in appeal stage.

Yes, you're completely wrong. Johnson spoke of WW3, not Cameron.

I don’t actually think Johnson is a ‘true’ brexiter. He’s motivated by whatever issue can get him more public support, or move up in the Tory party.

The whole Tory party is a disgrace who are very much to blame for this mess.

A small part of me as even an out voter, wants a delay past the 31st deadline, to see the Tory party fall apart. But it’s too big a gamble to take as we may lose Brexit.

Cheers. I was reading the original post you quoted on lawyers for Brexit. Interesting point, but I'm not sure it will succeed (ill explain why later or tomorrow as I'm working now to meet a deadline for tomorrow), but I'm.sure there's a number of different positions and arguments to be presented which id like to consider
