Here are the draft strategic objectives for the next 5 years. They're issued at the beginning of a new Commission term.

You really should do some reading.

Yeah, but they left out the pages where they said they were going to make a big uber army that they were going to conscript all British men into and then get everyone to shoot at them whilst shouting, 'ha ha English pigs, we hate you, and this is why you've been central to our policy making for the last few decades whilst we secretly made this army you got no vote in'

Sound. You voted for people who changed sides in the run up to to the referendum. You voted in he GE for people who changed colours to advance their political ambitions. You voted the same way as people who transferred assets from this country to EU countries to protect their investment interests. The people who voted for this chaos are laughed at around the world. Prime Minister Cummings is in situ now. I hope that you and your co Leavers are happy about this outcome? I hope my explanation is not too complicated for you?

Very succinct and totally correct in that I voted leave.

Although it isn't any of your business why I voted leave you would be surprised that I have no problem with the EU as such, in fact I agree with all 4 freedoms. The EU is probably one of the better ideas to have happened in the 20th century. The sensible option was always to vote to stay in

And knowing what I know now about everything to do with leaving the EU I would vote still exactly the same way (leave) and be more than happy about it.

Not too complicated for you ?

They did say they're focusing on protecting borders. The leave voters should be delighted!

So you agree that the sensible option was to stay in, yet you would vote to leave if you had the chance again.

This just about sums up the leave argument - they voted for it because it wasn't the sensible thing to do.

No wonder the whole thing is in such a mess.

Not at all. I worked out long ago that the people who voted leave would not listen to reason, nor explain fully what the benefits of leaving the EU are, in their view. In addition, their solution to the Irish border question, like your solution I suspect (and apologies if you have the solution) does not exist beyond saying "with help from our European friends and partners we can do this". We all know that they have no answer to this, and without an answer to this they can prorogue Parliament as much as they like but they are going straight to no deal. Solve Ireland, not the EU, and you will reap the benefits, Instead, we give the DUP bigots a billion pounds, limp along to the delight of UK detractors, and buy the loyalty of the worst people in these islands, people who want to be part of this country but with rules entirely separate to the mainland, how complicated is that, mo chara?

Will try again.....

I don't think there is a solution

I haven't asked you which way you voted pal, and I haven't asked you why. I have described the people who you have aligned yourself with as cowards, and have outlined why I am bemused that you chose that voting path. If you have a secret reason for voting to leave, good on you. I am still baffled as to why you came on here to tell us nothing. Good luck with all that mate.......
