You are merely agreeing with me, it’s the individual countries who are doing this because the EU has not.......
The EU aren't concerned with non EU citizens, it's for individual countries to determine policy.

A child could understand this.

EU citizens rights = a matter for the EU
Non EU citizens = a matter for the individual country

My reading is it's a bluff manoeuvre. He needs to get the EU to blink even a tiny bit, and then convince his party to accept the deal. Forget the BXP the Liberal Democrats will cause enormous damage to them if they push ahead with No Deal (even in a best case scenario) and make it almost impossible for him to win irrespective of the popular vote.

People at the heart of their government know this. To me it's a manoeuvre to show they are serious to the EU. If he can get anything out of the EU (and he won't get much) I think he will try to sell it back to people.

I have to say, it's an enormous risk. The big weakness for Labour is it's divided and the majority of the top of the party hate the leader. The policies and ideas are roundly quite popular and hence why they will outperform polls and win support through a campaign. However the are divided. This shoves them closer together.
Yes, and that would explain why Boris seems to be planning some "unusual for a Tory" public spending giveaways on the NHS, Police, education and infrastructure.
Outspending Labour? Got to appeal somehow.

So the U.K. should have been negotiating with the individual countries, not the EU, thanks for clearing that up......

Its part of a negotiated deal that you secure the rights of citizens - of course the EU will want that to be negotiated as will the UK.

It's only in the event of No Deal that individual countries become involved.

There's little point in negotiating with individual countries unless you're anticipating No Deal and have to consider UK Nationals rights as a third country.

This is pretty basic stuff

Hahaha....I see that EU MEP’s are trying to get Boris’s prorogation deemed illegal....I wonder why ?......and more to the point are they suggesting that our Queen has agreed to an illegal act.....desperate times in the EU and the Remainer camps.......again, if anyone wants to see what’s wrong with this EU self serving monster, just keep your eyes open.....

So if we no deal, we can then just negotiate trade and stuff with individual EU countries ?, again, thanks for the clarification.....

And that may well be the case. However Boris has everyone on the back foot today and I wouldn’t put it past him to keep them there.....
