The EU lovers are big businesses and the CBI and politicians who love the gravy train as I have pointed out it favours the super rich the \blairs the hestletines as he probably gets a farm grant from the EU - you look at most remainers they are mostly rich ..... Branson, Geldof etc etc if we leave we will get a deal for better than May put on the table......
I have a sense of deja vu with this :

Its getting beyond parody. Meanwhile, their heroes of a new UK sit with their backs turned in a Parliament to which they were elected, showing a chronic lack of self awareness that their supporters casually laugh off. Or dont even care about.

Just sounds preposterous your implication in getting excited over a recession and suggesting Europe Union will be begging to sell their goods to us when we will equally and more likely be kneecapped by any recession.
Well, I'm certainly not getting excited, its years since I've been excited.lol Its not preposterous at all. If there is a recession (which is forecast) the EU will not be in a position to refuse to do business with us as we buy far more from the EU than they buy from us. The elite in Brussels may want to cause difficulties but member states will make waves. I have not claimed that we won't be affected by a recession but we have got through them before and will again.

While the government used our public money for the remain campaign £9 million on leaflets to every household in the UK.... to promote remain and they still lost :D

Its the same as the ridiculous "They sell more to us" shouts. Basic logic and common sense would suggest that 27 countries exports to 1 country, trumps 1 country's exports to 27 countries.

But the dullards carry on.
Roydo, yes, your post confirms that they sell more to us than we sell to them. Apart from that confirmation, I am not sure what the purpose of the post was?

Because its like saying a 12 year old is older than a 10 year old. A totally vacuous point. Hey, China sell more to the Channel Islands than the Channel Islands sell to them. Who wins there?

But carry on.The EU will bend their knee cos Boris and Nige and Anne say they will.

A glaring miss, its the trouble with recessions people in countries tend not to need the products, therefore importer influence wanes. And it's nothing to be proud of being a mass importer of goods, far more favourable to have a balanced import/export.

I meant, (about the majority to stay in back then), did there have to be a 2/3rds majority to win? Some say yes, some say no. Its purely academic now, as indeed, you won this vote.

And not a day goes by that I fail to understand why you feel being represented by Farage, Widdecombe et al is in any way something to be comforted by. It frankly disgusts me.
What? I’m not ‘represented’ by anyone thanks very much. There was a referendum and we were asked a simple question. Nobody was forced to vote. My missus abstained because she didn’t know which way to vote, which I thought was fair enough. If you didn’t feel strongly either way, abstain. And just as you fail to understand a different point of view to your own, let me run some figures by you........

The EU has 44,000 officials and 11,000 employees that cost over €8billion a year – 4,000 of those officials earn more than €290,000 a year.

Now if you are ok with such an outrageous waste of public money, fine, but I’m not. I too fail to understand why anyone would think these costs are acceptable. I love Europe, but the EU is not Europe. To me, the whole thing is a Ponzi scheme of the highest order.

No point, Joey. The Remainers have constantly ignored this point in over 3000+ pages of this thread. As have the official authorities who suposedly 'policed' the Referendum...

No mate, 27 countries means nothing. There are more countries in the Commonwealth and with a much larger population. We are still the 5th largest economy in the world, much bigger than Russia, a country massively larger with more than double the population and oil coming out of its ears. Don’t do us down, we are better than that. However you look at it, economically, militarily or politically, we are a catch and we need to use this.....

Roydo, I hate to say it, I really do, but I think you’ve lost the plot........
