Are you saying that the document is a forgery?. Or are you saying that EU countries have always sent these letters out to their citizens living in the UK prior to EU elections.? Or is it something completely different that I've totally missed?

EU citizens are supposed to receive a declaration form - that some didn't in the UK is because some councils either weren't aware they had to send them out or just messed up. But to insinuate that the forms aren't a normal part of the electoral procedure is a clear lie.
He came out before it was the EU...... you can google all sorts - if he the registered as a British citizen - ? anyway he signed my sons passport which is all I was pleased about .......

What you said was a lie, that is that an Italian voted in the referendum. An Italian didn't vote in the referendum. A naturalised British citizen from Italy may have voted in the referendum but an Italian didn't. That was a lie, whichever way you dress it up. I didn't call you a liar, I merely said that your statement was a lie. If you didn't explain yourself clearly, whatever.
