They lie, they lie so often do the little Englander Tories and Brexiteers

What is the lie?

Not being confrontational by the way I just genuinely don't know what the lie is.

Are you saying that the document is a forgery?. Or are you saying that EU countries have always sent these letters out to their citizens living in the UK prior to EU elections.? Or is it something completely different that I've totally missed?

EU citizens are supposed to receive a declaration form - that some didn't in the UK is because some councils either weren't aware they had to send them out or just messed up. But to insinuate that the forms aren't a normal part of the electoral procedure is a clear lie.

Note how it hasn't been retracted.

That's the politics of the day - populism. It's OK to lie as long as the lie is literally popular.
He came out before it was the EU...... you can google all sorts - if he the registered as a British citizen - ? anyway he signed my sons passport which is all I was pleased about .......
being called a liar ..... despicable remain posters......

Thank you for clarifying.

So Inferred, Implied, Insinuated.
Implied, Insinuated etc etc, is admittedly open for debate.

Oh, it's apparently OK to insinuate things in here. Just saying.

What the hell are you talking about???

Who can vote in the referendum? British, Irish and Commonwealth citizens aged 18 or over who are resident in the UK or Gibraltar will be eligible to vote. UK citizens resident overseas will also be eligible to vote, provided they have been registered to vote at a UK address in the last 15 years

It's the EU elections that's being discussed in that tweet Joey, not the referendum.

Insinuate I was called a liar by @Emlynsqueakyvoice - noticed he's disappeared on this subject.......
He's right in front of you. Unlike some, he's not talking gibberish either. Go back to your post at page 3280. Have a look at what you wrote. What you said was a lie, that is that an Italian voted in the referendum. An Italian didn't vote in the referendum. A naturalised British citizen from Italy may have voted in the referendum but an Italian didn't. That was a lie, whichever way you dress it up. I didn't call you a liar, I merely said that your statement was a lie. If you didn't explain yourself clearly, whatever. You may research what you write in future before you try to score points on here. I don't believe, by the way, that you are a liar. You merely spout half truths like a lot of Brexiteers. Still need an apology for your mistake?
