Because the first one has not been implemented yet , and if you notice the EU are not arguing about getting rid of their cash cow....ATM ......Mays deal is a disaster for the U.K. And they know it 39 billion in their pocket to still be control of the UK.....a referendum of her deal or no deal should be the next referendum or except a trade deal Canada style which she was offered and put her Remain principles in charge......
If their is an extension past December she will be gone soon ......

Free movement or not there’s always a massive queue at O’Hare. Personally I avoid that place if I can, always aim to land in Atlanta, much better.
