With respect mate, you seem to be talking about something you know nothing about.

Speaking as somebody who knows, its really not what you think, the days of money for nothing are gone, if you want handouts from the government, you have to jump through hoops, big firey hooops. They wont give you a penny unless you are actively seeking work and after a period of time they send you to work, for no pay, basically slave labour.
