No idea how that works, but it looks as though UK numbers have either improved or stayed static, but that other countries have improved more?

If the EU says it's only there deal no change or no extension, and Berscow says you can't vote on the same thing back to parliament to vote on, surely that means they can't vote so it's a no deal Brexit?

EU say yes to short delay if deal agreed. May's deal rejected again. There's a vote in parliament for longer delay. EU meets and says 1-2 years the day before Brexit on the proviso of a softer direction. UK accepts. May resigns, leadership election - Boris Johnson elected then general election is called. Johnson wins. Tories win. Johnson tries to go hard. EU says no to removing backstop. Nothing happens for months. We do the same dance in 1-2 years time?
Boris would never be elected Tory leader, surely?! At a time when the Tories have reached a new low they’re not going to elect a blatant racist that doesn’t think historic child abuse is worth investigating.

Think it’s a bluff from the EU to help May. But it won’t work and they’ll end up allowing a long extension.

I mean you’d think that was the obvious outcome but the obvious outcome not long ago when May lost the first vote was she’d be gone by the end of business. I read it here more than once , it was nailed on she wouldn’t make the week. Then I remember when mp’s voted against no deal that meant at least that’s never happening . Let’s be honest there are plenty mote .

My point is nobody has a clue mate, we all speculate but it’s like knitting fog .

Seriously, I don't get why people are somehow surprised at how expensive children are, and then complain about their financial hardship when they learn that they can't afford the large family they produce. The average cost of raising a child to 21 is around £230,000. We lionise parents as all round good eggs, and then infantalise them for not being able to make basic decisions for themselves.

I told my boss to f off and now I'm unemployed. It's all societies fault man.
Don’t you think that a working couple should be able to afford to have children? And if they can’t then that points to a major problem for society?

That's not my place to say. The example @abelard used when making his point wasn't a working couple however, it was a couple with one income (that of a teacher). It was used to suggest that Britain is terrible as teachers (even award winning ones) can't afford children. It's nonsense. Both my brother and sister-in-law have had multiple children as single earning families. They've done it, but both have struggled. They made a choice to have the kids. They could have made other choices. It's hardly society's fault.

Re revoke a50 poll, went over 650000 then:

Maybe the site can't cope with the demand - garnered over 400,000 signatures overnight, got hacked or taken down as too embarrassing for HMG. Message '502 Bad Gateway' - should read 'Brexit Room 101'

Who needs the Russians? It's probably May herself pulling servers left, right and centre.
That conjured up an image of her on one of those games you have to tap a light when it flashes to check your reaction time!!!! Getting more and more impossible as the lights flash on at an ever increasing rate and her muttering Brexit means Brexit!!!!!
