Remember when we were told before the last election that only voting Tory would garuntee our credit rating ..... well that was another lie.

But why are they doing this when everyone knows for a fact that the negotiations will lead to a free trade agreement with free movement of people?

If the negotiations are guaranteed to result in a free trade agreement with free movement of people, then why is half of the country having such a panic attack?

Why would businesses want to move out if free trade and free movement is guaranteed?

Why would there be a decrease in investment if free trade and free movement is guaranteed?

Brexit want the EU to still allow us to have all the trimming of the trade deal, but with the free movement of people clause taken out.

I know, but everyone knows that it's a fact that this will never happen. @Tubey and @Seanjd must have said it about 50 times now, and yet the stock market and the credit rating agencies keep on ignoring them for some reason.

Know what your saying, but it's supposedly the uncertainty about what happens during the 2 years that we're negotiating with the EU, that gets business, the markets etc twitchy.

You're misquoting here. We never said it was guaranteed that we would enter the free market and therefore free movement, we said if we do enter the free market then that will inevitably include free movement as the two go hand in hand.

I think everybody, regardless of how they voted, need to realise that the huge battering our economy has taken in a few days is scary. It's huge.

It's no use turning a blind eye and saying it will all be okay soon. How soon?
