*daft/stubborn
And that's your "minor" concession? The EU has already said that all negotiations are finished now. Here's one for you, why don't the ERG loons persuade the bigots in the DUP to accept that the EU have had their say, and if, as you say, this is such a minor concession why don't the DUP accept this and let us all crack on, leaving the backstop arrangement as per the EU dictat?
The only way to be sure is to have a vote on something specific.
Can’t help but imagine this being said in a Gollum voice.Yes Pete.. Yes
In your opinion.
Not mine.
I'm convinced we are better off as a country with full power over our own laws and commerce.

Under May's deal they would still govern us, indefinitely, it is a disgusting deal she is trying to get through Parliament.Time limit the backstop and this is all sorted. The reason they won't agree is because, despite what they say, the EU want to keep us in it long term, because it weakens us a competitor.
Remain vs No dealWould you care to produce the question.......
I’m not sure she will for much longer. Her own party (and cabinet) are clearly getting sick of her.Under May's deal they would still govern us, indefinitely, it is a disgusting deal she is trying to get through Parliament.
Now they've all voted to take no deal off the table, this last 3 years could not have been handled any worse than it has, and still she clings to power.
I have no interest in putting the boot in on the British government, that's a stupid thing to say. You have said that the backstop arrangement is a minor matter, which is pathetic even by your standards. I'm not interested in ROI sovereignty in the context of this thread, and I'll not be conned by your deflection tactics. Do you really think that the Irish backstop arrangement is a minor matter Pete? Do you?No matter what is agreed or not, you will still want to put the boot in to the British government. If May agreed that NI and the ROI could have the most fantastic agreement you would still not be happy. I have no problem with you wanting everything and being part of the EU, but let’s not pretend that the ROI within the EU is a sovereign country.....
Remain vs No deal
Or
Remain vs May’s deal
