Gove is a key member of the government and has been second only to Boris in terms of campaigning.

Boris who isn't a member of the government. Whilst you may (or may not) blame the leave campaigners for the result, only the government have the power to act now that the result has been confirmed. If there is no plan in place, that's down to them.

Even if the leave campaigners did have a plan, they couldn't put it into action as only the government can bring forward legislation.

Glad you think it's all a big joke. Hope your kids appreciate you taking the piss in the years to come when their prospects are suffering.

Brennan, everyone is entitled to an opinion but you have no idea how the future is going to pan out mate.

I get that people are concerned and worried for the future as its a massive unknown but the hand has been dealt, its what we have and we are going to have to get on with it, whether we like it or not.

I believe in Britain, i believe in the people(most of anyway) and i believe that no matter what we will come out stronger in the long run even if its a rocky road getting there because that's what we do.

britain is still a top 5 economy in its own right... we have deals with the US and we are the EU's biggest export market.

im quite certain after a small lull, we will be stronger than ever.
Top 6 now. Does not compare to being part of the entire EU. Besides which, the crux of this matter is not Europe it is the failure of our parties to provide sufficient opportunity to many people.
Right wing liars have stitched up the nation once again. Joe Average has paid for post 70s de - industrialisation, the financial crash and now on top of that a Brexit recession which Farage now claims was coming anyway. It took 24hrs for this shambles to unravel.

Like the few million folks who live and work here (and are hugely impacted by this vote) who were denied a say?

I'm not sure mate, i'm not hugely into politics.

I think the bracket I fall into, people would expect me to vote and critisice when I don't, but as mentioned, if "undecided" was an option, I would have taken part, as it would make sense.

Young people's prospects are not exactly amazing as it is though, and they're worse in many EU countries. We don't know what the long term impact on the prospects for our country will be and whilst that's possibly a bit scary, its also exciting. We should have a bit of faith in ourselves to come out of this stronger.
