If I was campaigning for the country to leave the EU and was in that position, I would like to think I'd have the decency to have a plan of what we would do if we actually bloody left.

Being a Tory MP doesn't make you part of the government, just as being a remain Tory MP in the government doesn't absolve you of responsibility for not having a plan in place.
