It's very personal I would suggest, and certainly not confined to a traditional class environment. Indeed, many would argue that if you're doing something you love, then you don't need to find 'learning' as it's something that comes naturally every day.

Something you love that turned into a profession by hard graft, and passion - I may have been a born horticulturalist, only having a garden from the age of 9 years old, I ignored School advice, and my late father drove me on to get the apprenticeship with lower pay a factory or office job was giving in those days - my career ended as Nursery Superintendent - an old apprentice contacted me for a reference last night he's been head hunted and offered a position as a GC Manager due to references I will oblige as he was trained the correct way......
