If anything, this mess has led to the public being a bit more aware of the realities and implications of Brexit. The leave/stay campaigns were built on baseless guess work and outright lies. Now the public are in a much better position to make an informed decision.

A second vote is the way forward.

I'm happy for another vote but the question cannot be a yes/no. Politicians of all persuasions are clouded in confusion and can't be used for guidance. There has to be clear options and paths post vote the first one was gnarlsed up because of no direct consequence explained.
There also has to be a binding of the result. That the 'democratic' process took place and not fully recognised is a real threat to the rule of law in these lands and we could walk willingly down a road to true federalism within Europe.

I usually support the BBC, but they've been stupid on that debate. Obvious solution is a straight one-on-one between May and Corbyn for the sake of clarity to define the positions of the government and the opposition on the issue of Brexit.

The BBC, instead, wanted to make it as easy as possible for the MayBot by basically making it a Brexit promotional event overall.

..the Government has lost its attempt to delay a decision on whether Ministers were in contempt by failing to publish the full Brexit legal advice.

Bad start to a significant few days for the PM.
