Firstly Joe, that's the Eurozone, not the EU. We were never in the Euro, only the EU. Secondly, that's over a 1 year period, which is perhaps insufficient time to draw conclusions. Thirdly, it doesn't include UK performance as a comparison. Apart from that though...
If we rejoin they will slap us in it.......
Oh by the way I stated the low growth in the Eurozone so you misread my post wakey wakey........

“we won nah nah “ , i appreciate as always the validity of that accurate and superbly delivered point . I’m over it joe have you read any of my posts in this thread , any of them ? I’ve tried to discuss points relevant to the debate but not once have I asked for a new referendum , I tried ridiculously hard not to cause offence or even criticise but if somebody pulls you up on anything you’re reponse is “we won , get over it “ . Yesterday I disagreed with Pete and the point made but told him , and so did others I think , that it was a really well reasoned response because it was and I think that’s what a debate is about surely ? It was significantly more interesting to read than “we won get over it “ , Childish name calling doesn’t feel like it gets us anywhere .

I’m not talking about rich remainers or listing them because I didn’t bring it up you did , I’m replying to you because you mentioned ‘the rich remain side ‘ so I listed the highest profile Brexit backers who are absolutely stinking rich . It seemed a reasoned response , I appreciate that concept may seem alien to you .
Yes if we beat Chelsea we will be saying that......

A people's vote happened 2 years ago a people's vote is another name for a rerun of people who did not like the defeat....i.e. Another referendum......
No chance......
Yep happened 2 years ago polls then said remain would win it see how that turned out.
It's turned into a farce now to be honest, this current stance is worse than actually being in it.
One thing about this second vote, and as I have said before I am not against it, is if we overturn the original vote do they think the people who voted out will just say, oh ok let's just simmer down and forget about it.
First populist leader around the corner , would have his very own smamp to drain to get into power, bit ironic if we get are very own Trump brought to power , by the people who would scream loudest if it happened.

I see Tony BLiar has put his oar in again, saying that he is 100 percent against Brexit, he will do everything to stop it and that it’s not in our economic or political interest and is bad for Europe. Says the man who was 100% behind joining the Euro, 100% believed the dodgy dossier and was 100% behind the Iraq invasion. A man who seems more interested because it’s bad for Europe without even having a 1% thought that actually we might do just fine.......

You can't keep on having referendums 40 years since the 2016 one, and because the remainers don't like the result.....
They want a vote without being tied to a cronyism EU.....
If they accepted defeat with grace ....
I tell you what if the Remain had won this thread would not exsist...

That's some level of mental gymnastics, allow brexit or you are responsible for the next trump. If there's people out disturbed enough to vote for a repugnant figure like him, that's on them and them alone.
