Last time I looked, Bruce, Scotland was part of Great Britain.

And the referendum encompassed the whole of Great Britain.

That’s a very different argument from the one presented that I replied to though , that he cuts people off who he disagrees with . As you say If anything he prolongs the call to dissect their position

Nobody said you were a bigot. You reported someone for calling you an idiot. I just found it curious that you were precious about being called a name whereas you seem to think that you can call other people names? Double standards perhaps?

The person I called a bigot is not a poster on here .... just a controversial LBC presenter who I class as a bigot ok........

I’m not trying to be rude mate but both those simply can’t be true , either your point is he’d cut you off or he’d prolong the call to belittle you .

I appreciate that it doesn’t really matter , that we’re in a post truth era and that neither accuracy nor consistency really count any more but the above posts by you are completely contradictory.

Not me I would never telephone that bigot up - he does it to anyone who tries to not agree with him.. he takes less calls than any other presenter.....

He actually does both depending on how he wants to be a tosser. He'll either cut them short and sneer at them or prolong a call to take the easy target and belittle them. They aren't contradictory because they both happen - the contradiction would be if you said he only cuts people off/prolongs a call.

He's clearly an intelligent bloke but he is also a complete tosser who goes out of his way to be a tosser. I find it difficult to listen to him for that reason, despite agreeing with him on most things.

On that then as above I have to disagree or say that the cutting off happens when I’m not listening . I’m not a avid listener but I listen a fair bit to lbc to all the presenters even ones I don’t like and when I listen to O’Brien the cutting off isn’t something ive noticed . The dissecting to look silly is something I notice on a very regular basis though .

I can't say I'm a regular listener, but assuming that callers aren't filtered to exclude anyone with a faintest clue, you'd imagine that statistically there must have been one leave voter who rang in and was able to illustrate their thinking coherently. Did he behave the same way to them?
