I love it when white people play the race card.

we all have our passions...you can keep yours:

I love it when a leave supporter tries to play the victim card with regard to how the EU is treating you.

I love it when Holliday rails against people preaching down to them by preaching down to them instead of listening.

I love it when folks like that try to almost blame the left for Trump's election.

I love it when a poster gets pulled up for chatting utter wham, and then moans of bullying.

I love it when someone says 'sorry to be pedantic' when you know they're not sorry at all.

How did it go....

Well Joshua won and in the 7th as well which was good news for me.

As regards roydo’s post I’ll be honest I do have a feeling that having done fairly well out of the last few decades older people , in a secure position seem willing to face the future potential financial issue with less concern . It’s easier to say “it’ll be tough at first then we’ll be fine “ , when you perceive tough as not impacting on you . I’ve said myself I’m a remainer but financially I’m secure so it’s easier to face the future knowing I won’t be losing my job or worrying about price increases. In my own family we had an older retired member who voted leave and it’s already impacted on one of her grandchildren who works in the city . How big that impact will be is yet to be seen but it’s happened and it was something not considered , ultimately as is her right .

If we’re Talking about the broad picture though We’ve already discussed house prices whilst pensions that many get now just won’t be an issue for the the younger generation even public sector pensions are changing and things are certainly different. I will agree that if we’re doing sweeping generalisations, which we are , in my experience the older generations attitude to work as often significantly better and they work better without supervision and complaint . I know lads who if they could and the work was appropriate would only employ the over 40’s.
