Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the next Prime Minister.

That Cucumber and partner look like right Richardlol

Been giving some thought to this today, whilst delivering a van full of parcels from all over the globe. I get a delivery of 1/2 dozen sacks at about 8.00am, trucked overnight from a London hub, then sorted by a largely foreign workforce at the Bristol depot.

So if we have a hard brexit, will every single trade agreement need to be in place the next day to allow the seamless import of said goods into Heathrow? Or into Amazon UK hubs?

And if not, what will happen?
A softer Brexit .....

Like the one that Boris and Davies, and a few others, resigned over? That one Joe, or is there another one somewhere?
It has, and will be have to be passed by Parliament what ever the EU come back with from the EU we could not have the Canada plus deal as the Irish border was the problem - let's see what is in the white paper first....
Or pm FLHD with him seeing into the future he will know......lol

The chief exec of BMW has already been on the blower saying that they’ll pull the plug on Mini...

Well what they have to consider is, what the payback will be. 10% of all BMW's are sold in the UK . A boycott of BMW even at say, 5% would be a big hit and will likely come at a time when the EU are in a trade war with the USA - 25% of BMW sales. Trade is about give and take. I don't think BMW would risk alienating the UK market. But as I keep (yawn) reminding you, trade has not been discussed yet.

But the article was about BMW moving production of the Mini from Oxford. Like you say, because trade has not yet been discussed. BMW wont stop selling cars to the UK. They might stop making them here. Dont you get that?

Quite an illustrative response to be honest. Firstly you said BMW would be chewing Merkel's ear off due to the importance of the UK to their strategy, then when BMW say that their manufacturing presence would be jeopardised, you suggest the BMW management are clueless.

Did we all boycott Dyson when he bogged off to Malaysia?
