The CBI don’t get any EU grants and this has been pointed out to you before, and yet you’re still peddling it as a supposed ‘fact’, it isn’t. So whoever told you that they did, and that it somehow means as a Leaver you can block out every word they say as being EU propaganda was lying.

The CBI represent 190,000 UK businesses who collectively employ over 7 million people in the country. It’s funded by the membership fees of those members.

It doesn’t get a bean off the EU, it does however produce a number of reports annually for the EC, which are about the opinions of British business, the EC pays around £140k in total annually or around 0.6% of the CBI’s turnover.

So you can put that lie in the bin Joey, as the CBI aren’t some EU puppet, they’re voicing the collective opinion of their 190k U.K. members. The fact that you don’t like what their members are telling them in respect of Brexit is tough, their words are extremely valid by dismissing it, you’ve merely done the fingers in the ears la la thing yet again.
Really over 1 million -of aid or grants its still UK Tax payers money coming via the from the EU - so they have no self interest then-

From the CBI Director -
We do receive funds from Brussels because of the data it provides to the European Commission on the UK economy, but adding it only represents “around 0.6 per cent of our annual income”.

His ‘conscience’ allowed him to sign the plan on Friday though....a true man of principle would have walked then.

Obviously didn’t fancy calling a cab.
Its not easy to leave a building for a mile walk in front of the media, when the boss has taken your transport, and car keys away........
its ironic that when he stood for leadership he was more pro EU than david cameron who beat him to the leadership......
you have to ask yourself what's the 39 billion pay off for if we have one foot in, and one foot out of the EU - the devil will be in the detail........
It is a hard circle to square , but the tories should have got rid of May after she bundled the election - its a poity labour did not have a strong leader too.....
