We don't.

We can't, as we don't send the EU £350 million a week.

Look, it's this simple. We don't "send" the EU £350m a week. It doesn't "cost us" £350m a week. We don't get anything "back". The rebate is applied totally before we send anything. At no point are the two bold statements above true, ever.
It's a lie, deliberately done to create hyperbole on the full figure. It is known as propaganda.

It's the scale of the lies though. Exploited fear and negativity to gamble away our future growth prospects for ideological purposes.
