If the leave vote hadn't lied to the voters about NHS money perhaps they made not have made the wrong choice.
Works both ways mate yes. Neither side were right in the way they campaigned.

I do believe with a more informative campaign we would have never left the EU, personally i didn't make a decision either way until i looked elsewhere from the campaign slogans

If I'm a capital invester, I move away from the UK and stay away. Whether it's Friday, Monday or Wednesday would make no difference.

The markets will stabilise somewhat but "cooler heads" won't stop this recession. You just have to cross your fingers and hope it's not as deep as it looks like it will be.

What recession ?......

So the £ has dropped - doom and gloom ... it'll bounce back. Export people, export. It's not rocket science ffs.

This potentially has large implications for Ireland. UK is our single biggest trade partner ( and Ireland being one of UK's biggest trade partners). Don't even want to think about the implications of a united Ireland, which we couldn't afford with out major restructuring of our budgets.

I work for a UK based company myself and have really no idea yet what impact, if any, there will be for me personally.

But we regain our freedom to govern ourselves......a price well worth paying......it's just money, previously to regain or ensure freedom has cost actual lives.....

So the poor, the sick, the elderly, the needy pay a huge price for an outdated concept of sovereignty?

In a global economy sovereignty doesn't exist, even as the 5th or 6th largest economy in the world. If we wanted sovereignty why for example would we entertain the idea of TTIP?

Congrats folks on your democratic decision!

I expect that Ireland and the UK will relatively easily negotiate a trading agreement that is mutually beneficial.

However, I am not so sure how UK will fare with other EU MS.

Well there we go. My place of work has just lost half it's income.

Lets see if I still have a job this time next year. I'm guessing I won't

But I believe in democracy and the price of a democracy is that sometimes the majority decides they don't care about you and this time the majority decided it didn't care about me.

That's fine, it's their choice to do so or not.

I voted remain mate, and I really hope everything works out, and your job doesn't come under threat, but I know a lot of people who voted leave who could be in the same boat as you, they knew before they voted that their jobs could be under threat, but were willing to take that chance, and put their jobs on the line because they felt so strong about leaving the EU.

By the way, this isn't having a pop at you in any way mate.
