Say farewell to all the overseas people working in the NHS then, not to mention the many that work in care homes and the like to look after our growing elderly population. I'm sure you'll barely notice the difference.
NHS would not be as busy Bruce over 300,000 arriving every year the balloon is going to burst on services!

That is really nonsensical Pete.

The concept of personal taxation is that you pay tax on your personal income or capital gains. If you earn more than average you pay more tax than the average person, if you earn less you pay less.

If an immigrant is responsible for their 'share' of accumulated national debt then by the same logic each new born child in the UK is equally responsible.

What a ridiculous notion.

No more nonsensical than the proposal to pay to be able to trade with a bloc with whom we have a trade deficit. People keep saying it's a membership fee, so if anyone now wants to join our club they know what the joining fee is........

Hey, no problems from me regarding payments in and out. But let's be totally honest here, we have a national debt of about £50K per taxpayer. I know I've paid mine and all of my childrens share off many times over, and indeed continue to do so, and if anyone coming in wants to contribute their £50K as a 'membership fee' before earning a living then they get my vote...if it's a price worth paying to stay in the single market, then it's a price worth paying to be in the UK.........
Hahahahaha lol

There are no words

Migrants pay taxes Pete. And you only have to be earning £28,000 to be a NET contributor, which I'm sure most of them are.

If a business wishes to bring in a 'skilled' worker, then they could pay the membership joining fee for the individual. Then watch how quickly they would find a way not to need to import skills. Being a net contributor would be the ongoing membership subscription......

I've said before Joe, far and away the biggest users of the NHS are infants and the elderly. EU Migrants on average are of working age, and have fewer children than the average for the population, so statistically they will use the NHS less than the native population.

Try emigrating to the USA Australia- Nzealand- Canada etc they need you to have a job and potential to survive off your income Bruce we are without doubt an open door country in the EU wher our minimum wage can be three times the wages of poor EU countries you cannot blame them for such a slack control hence the OUT vote you seem to sneer at?

Once again, that has nothing to do with the question you asked me (and I answered).

We need more immigration to build the houses and staff the NHS and the provision of services, then we need to bring in even more people to build the houses and staff the NHS and...........it's like the Old Woman who swallowed a Fly........
