I've got to think the chances of RBL and Bayern winning the league go down when a competitor brings in someone who might score 20+ goals

Strangely enough both RBL and Bayern have strikers that score 20+ goals whilst the rest of their teams are stronger than Dortmund's.

Salary I found was £100k p/w at Dortmund. Couldn't find the others from any but the most unreputable sources.

If that's the wage and contract length required to get the player to sign on the dotted line then yes, you should count them, obviously.

Werner is about to leave and Lewandowski isn't getting younger. I don't just mean right now. 80m for the best young striker in the world (other than Mbappe) and someone who probably scores 20+ now? Every single club should have matched that offer.

Early obviously but when you look at him vs the other top youngsters who moved (Jovic, Leao, Kean) it isn't close. He's an amazing player who someone like Madrid will pay 200m for at some point if he keeps this up.
