your saying haaland overrated I reckon he's class and will turn out to be a bargain. I'm saying haaland will have a better goalscoring record than berbatov who i didn't really take much notice to if I'm honest.why? berbatov was good
Berb would have been one of our greatest ever players in the premier league era. Potentially Rooney and kanchelskis would have been superioryour saying haaland overrated I reckon he's class and will turn out to be a bargain. Can't believe he didn't end up at Leipzig. They have first option on all Salzburg players.
My guess is that he didn’t think he’d get the minutes with Werner and Poulsen there. Also there was a big payment to Raiola and Haaland’s dad which I’m guessing Leipzig with their business model wouldn’t want to pay. Can't believe he didn't end up at Leipzig. Didn’t he have a £20mil release clause or something like that?He cost too much money for the club's model.
Huge payment to his dad and Raiola put it closer to €40m in total allegedlyDidn’t he have a £20mil release clause or something like that?
Or have I just imagined that.
You would easily double your money on a talent like that within 6-12 months. I can see why he’s opted to go to Dortmund though.

Dam! That payment to the agent... they'd have made that 20 times over if they had signed him and sold him in 5 years time. Lunacy, if they could have made it happen financially, for them to let him join a rival! My guess is that he didn’t think he’d get the minutes with Werner and Poulsen there. What's Fabian Delph got to do with anything.Makes sssssensssse
Dortmund are going to win things and make a profit on him though. I think that's a great deal for Dortmund and I don't get why no one else bothered to get in on it.£20m transfer fee
£8m per year wages for 4.5 years (£36m)
£15m to Mino Raiola
£10m to Haaland's dad
So that's £81m for him. He's brilliant and RBL know that but they're smart with their money and weren't ever paying that.

I've got to think the chances of RBL and Bayern winning the league go down when a competitor brings in someone who might score 20+ goalsBecause it's £80m for the chance to win something that the other teams can win without him.
