Why hasnt he had these clubs coming after him already then?

Who do you think will offer him a job bigger than the one he has?

It's not about a bigger job though is it.

Managers essentially want to do two things, compete for trophies and compete at the highest level (which in club football is the CL.)

Malaga and Bate do the second, Hearts and Panathinaikos do the first. They're not bigger clubs but they have advantages that Everton don't have (what league they play in, what money they have in relation to the other clubs in that league etc).

I've said this before and I'll say it again. The glass ceiling of CL qualification and cup success that is supposedly there in this country doesn't exist in france, germany, spain and italy to the same extent. So his job will, supposedly be easier (I'm not convinced by this myself, but I can see why Moyes might think it would be).

And even if we assume that he'll never leave england there are at least 15 clubs that outspend us. QPR do. Stoke do, Sunderland do, Villa do, Fulham do, West Ham do. They're not bigger jobs but there might be jobs he thinks will be easier because he'll be working under more generous financial restrictions.

Who says he hasn't had clubs coming after him?
Also who says a bigger job? Moyes has plenty of time for building left in his career.. Just a yearly transfer budget and Moyes could do wonders at any club. Its not like he's at Barca now.
He took over a terrible team, received virtually no funding and made a good team. If he took over an average team and was given funds he would be above us in a couple of years with a superior squad and the yearly chance to improve on the squad that he simply doesn't have here.

Moyes hold all the cards and has earned the right too as well.

If moyes goes and the status quo (Board) remains in place then relegation will be back on the table in due course.

IMHO I think the current board think they can survive without moyes in the prem on the current revenue generated thru Sky. In short the boards ambition would be to survive untill they get the gravy train express out of the club or they are forced out due to appointments that produce resuts which are seen by everyone connected with the club as going backwards.

If Moyes goes then in my mind the current status quo (onners and board) should not be allowed to go on either for the future of the club.

Rubbish, if he left Everton he would have offers of employement by the end of the week. I would put money on it.
Manager of the months and years are actually not that easy to come by and someone who has had several of them them under the circumstances he has, as well as doing this from a position of moral upstanding, combined with having a superb eye for reletively unknown signings that cost very little is going to be very sought after if he's out of contract.
I know he doesn't beat Liverpool very often but outside of Merseyside that's actually not that big a deal.

Like I said, hell get offers from those type of clubs of which there are plenty around the world, around three quarters of clubs would love to have Moyes as manager.
However that quarter who are left are the cl playing trophy winning money spending teams who won't want him.

But of those three quarters, any with a little.. or a lot of money (there are both out there) that employs Moyes will likely soon be joining your above group of elite teams.

You do know theres a chance Moyes could fail?

You talk as if he will walk into any side in europe who has money to spend and guarantee them success

I reckon he would walk into most and make them significantly better.
I'd back Moyes to do well wherever he goes to be honest and his transfer record is superb, imagine what it could be if he got his A choice players every year.

Yep he could bottle semi finals and finals with his A choice players then

Or maybe the better players won't play suicidle backpasses or bottle it themselves whilst playing as they are even better than the ones we have.
Of course when we get Gery Megson or Phil Brown or Alan Pardew or Brendan Rodgers or whoever else we are linked with when they are doing well.. They can always sell Fellaini and Baines and use the money to buy Andy Carroll or Torres and we'll win the league.

Oh god. Kenwright has more sense then that surely?

Apparently not, he knows nothing of anything and is always wrong, unlike the forums which suggest... Holloway, Hughes, Hughton... we could still get one of them I reckon if we're quick in sacking Moyes off. Guaranteed silverware with those.
I read it on the internet mate.. Admittedly they were suggested just before they do their usual dive and we kick off and finish in a european places battle but that's not the point. The requests were made on logic and not knee jerking and that's what should be taken from this.
They are the bestest and Moyes is poo, get Moyes out now ffs and lets get Pulis in before its too late and we miss out on our cup dream.
