I prefer tacos...proper Mexican taco's though - no nachos, taco's - corn tortillas, carnitas or beef just add onion and cilantro (Coriander) and a splash of freshly squeezed lime - that's where it's at right there.

Americans need to geg right out of Mexican food. Bad John Terrys wanting some of that reflected glory of the greatest food on earth.
Nowhere does Mexican food taste so good than on it's own soil.

I made enchiladas last night with a vegetarian filling of Quorn mince, onion, leek, pea and sweetcorn. And it was bloody lovely. The much-maligned Quorn soaked up the sauce making it all nice and stodgy. Will definitely do that version again.
