On the Rooney stuff the club massively benefited but plotting and deviousness was well underway without The clubs consent (or involvement maybe ) stretford and the rooneys were cutting out Peter mac because united were in the horizon and it wasn't the club pushing Rooney towards that door.

I don't blame the rooneys or even stretford for trying to earn a few quid (well I do but I can see their position slightly) but all this came out in the blackmail trial but everton plotting didn't because I'm not convinced it happened .

But the club was riddled with players on Proactive's books, our chief exec had been (just prior to the Rooney deal) a proactive shareholder, and Freddie Shepherd is on the record with "Bill Kenwright is one of my closest friends in football".............. the club was well involved Sheeds

The law in this country is a joke. If Everton FC were a plc they'd have to have an AGM and the shareholders would, given
5% or 10% support depending on the circumstances, have the right to insist on an EGM. Because the company's private the shareholders have no rights.

Scandalous, and Kenwright and Elstone are just taking advantage of the situation.

Not part of the Blue Union. Sympathise and agree with their views.

Can't speak for them, but what do I think they hope to achieve? Awareness of the situation amongst the wider Evertonian population and place pressure on Kenwright to drop his asking price for the club, and employ professionals in the financial industry to find an appropriate, background-checked buyer for the club.
