1. DEI policies degrade the quality of the establishment by favoring lower-skilled applicants because of their race, but worse than that is that it's perpetuating racism by discriminating against whites and Asians. It's not common sense because it's a policy that's been axed by most major corporations since Trump's re-election because people are realizing how racist and destructive the policy is.
2. Open border policies are obviously a way to degrade the populous by importing migrants who are un-vetted that are free to commit violent crimes, but the worse thing is the taxpayer money going to fund these migrant's lifestyle. It's also a reason why minorites and blacks voted for Trump in record numbers because they feel threatened by these illegal migrants who are undercutting their jobs.
3. It is scientifically established that there are two genders, which ranges from XX to XY chromosomes. Sure there are some rare genetic exceptions but there are only two genders. If you are born with a XY chromosome, you should NOT be allowed to use the restroom intended for XX chromosomes.
4. Climate change propaganda is promoted by the rich which puts a massive strain on the working-class population. There's no clear research that shows that humans are DIRECTLY causing climate change, whilst working-class are having to struggle through all these regulations and the rich are flying in their private jets with their "holier than thou" attitudes.
Ok mate. Let's deal with each one.
1) DEI don't downgrade anything, they are about removing barriers to people who might suffer structural reasons for why they aren't given the same opportunities. I don't think they are a particularly useful solution, often they are tokenistic and don't go far enough, and ultimately trying to have some more legal tinkering with a structurally unfair system doesn't really work.
But the concept is a sensible one, which is if you broaden the field you look for innovators etc, you increase your chances of finding better people.
2) I mean I'm ntl sure where to start on this. America, or other countries don't have open border policies. Most black and Asian people didn't vote for Trump. But they are also immigrants, so are they not contributing? The reality is, migrants add, rather than detract value. This will become more pronounced as the demographic crisis intensifies.
Very few people are in favour of open borders. But there's also the massive middle point between having some controls over borders, and wanting to almost randomly deport people based often on ethnicity.
Also how would an illegal migrants undercut someone's job, when they can't legally work?
3) I'm afraid you understand the difference between sex and gender. Id really urge you to grasp what each mean before you try and explain.
Suffice to say, gender doesn't exist. It's a construct. There are not 2 genders, anymore than there are 2 hundred genders. It's a construct.
I'm in favour of sex based protections, but you unfortunately don't seem to be able to understand what this means.
4) I mean this is just waffle. Climate change is real. The science show it very clearly. Denying reality doesn't change reality. We are going to be having more extreme weather events, more climate refugees, more damage to economies etc unless we get real. We have a responsibility to save the climate for our children so they have a planet to live on.
And if some folk go on planes? So what? It doesn't change the science.
Working class people are struggling to cope with the damages of wildfires on California so etc, and it will only get worse unless we act.
