I'm staying on until it becomes borderline illegal to use it (after the Online Safety Bill comes in). The more I'm told I "should" do something for "moral" reasons, I'm a lot less likely to.

Once all the stuff I enjoy leaves for their own moral reasons then I'm done with that type of social media, not using a second echo chamber;

I find it completely unusable now. I've deleted my account. It's a shame as I used to find it really useful.

I’m just staying off these things altogether.

if It has active moderation it will be better, but I'm afraid the twitter/blue sky platform will get replaced again. it's still useful for the moment.

While it has become the equivalent of rotten.com back in the 2ks, I'm still on it for interests and business.

I have thought about jumping ship from it. But probably just not gonna go on it as much instead until it proper forces Musk-politico on me.

Also use a cracked version so don't get any ads lolol

-Open border policies
-LGBTQ policies and woke policies in allowing men to use women's restrooms
-The whole BLM movement in 2020 and the division it caused
-The Climate change propaganda

And there's a list of a lot more things

None of these are things are left wing.

They're just common sense, sensible policies by the establishment.

Only idiots would oppose them.

All social media has become hijacked and weaponised into egotistical monsters craving attention on anything for engagement. Millions get made through whatever grabs attentions.

Once that happened and people started to use as a valid news source, it got manipulated into whoever controls or pays for it.

I just try and stick to things that make me laugh.

True. Which is funny to me because it's generally conspiracy nut cases who'll point fingers at "legacy media" and bias, will then spout their own bias and stick to heir own information hubs.

Things have become that convoluted and fractured its natural that you don't believe anything anyone says. Tribal instinct kicks in, you Vs them.

People have a fountain of knowledge at their finger tips and it's probably the dumbest society as ever been IMO on a basic common sense level.
