Either you're incredibly horny, a bit far right or you're not paying attention, but it's nothing like it was in the past.It doesn't bother me, seems about as it's always been. Probably a negative reflection on me

Free speech has limits, like you said. You can't yell "FIRE" in theater. You can't yell "BOMB" in an airplane. It's pretty fn simple that you shouldn't be able to try to normalize rhetoric that killed TENS OF FN MILLIONS!The American constitution guarantees Elon Musk's right to carry out a "nazi salute", it does not matter about the historic context because it's the right of an American citizen.
Free speech has limits, sure but what has a defamation case got to do with anything with Elon Musk doing a "nazi salute"?
The UK and Germany should ban X if he tries interfering in elections again. Brazil did for a month and fined Musk $5mil. It slapped him down a pegTech bros made money within the establishment by being seen as "renegades" against it. They embedded themselves within the economy.
Establishment started to regulate, wants them to pay more taxes, give them less freedom to what they had before.
Tech bros now don't want that.
Tech bros decide to de-stable and change the establishment so they don't have to answer to what society or governments push on to them again.
Trump said they can suckle on his teet if they win him another election and he'll give them what they want.
They're all spoilt children who never liked being talked down to. They've now found an opportunity to get their own way again.
Honestly think it'll have a knock on effect in Europe and around the world and I hope governments don't bend over to them.
He makes $330m A DAY. Like.....there's no comprehension about a proportionate fine. The UK and Germany should ban X if he tries interfering in elections again. Brazil did for a month and fined Musk $5mil. It slapped him down a peg
yea true, the money matters little, but that was just the warning. Banned for 5weeks hurt him more. Not being the all powerful would be king maker he thought he was probably rattled him a bit. The UK and Germany should definitely do the same. Propping up Far right scum smhHe makes $330m A DAY. Like.....there's no comprehension about a proportionate fine.
Honestly, Germany should issue an arrest warrant. It's as blatant a Nazi salute as you are going to see.

It's not really illegal for him to do it in the US though and I once saw a video of German police protecting a small Neo Nazi rally in the name of free speech, to the fury of the locals and probably most of the police too. Rare occurrence though.
They could probably tell him to 'koff, he's not welcome, on a likelihood to incite racial violence or something maybe![]()
Free speech has a very broad scope but there ARE limitations. Inciting things like panic are one fo them.yea true, the money matters little, but that was just the warning. I was going to propose it, but its difficult, the site exists due to engagement, Twitter creates engagement.I don't get why this site isn't banning twitter. "we get a lot of info from there". We can be 2 minutes late to the party ffs.
You can do engagement with screenshots. You don't need to actually link anything. THAT'S what irks me. If someone wants to use Twitter itself? Sure. But don't allow the actual links here. Or figure out a way to have the link not be redirected.I was going to propose it, but its difficult, the site exists due to engagement, Twitter creates engagement.
Tough place to be in for a site owner, but feel free to ask the big man, he might have different thoughts.
