Not really. Poor working conditions is something that does have to be defined and not blanket termed into oblivion to make a general criticism.I know they are, but just because its not literal child labour doesn't mean it's all sunshine and rainbows. There are levels, something can be bad but not be as bad as child labour. You dismissed his claim by basically saying 'well its not child labour is it' as if anything less than that is irrelevant.
There are lots of stories about poor working conditions/practices at Tesla, here are a few from a quick google search.

Tesla is facing new racist workplace allegations from Black employees
A lengthy report sheds light on some disturbing workplace behavior at Tesla's Fremont factory.mashable.com
Now don't get me wrong, im sure this stuff happens in countless workplaces all around the world, im not even trying to suggest Elon is one of the worst in this regard... but it is a valid criticism nonetheless and trying to dismiss it by saying 'well its not child labour' is a bit weak.
Poor working conditions means anything and everything in between so to label a workplace as 'bad' as a means to attack, not being able to unionise isnt in the same bracket to say poor conditions.
I'm sure a quick Google would generate positive working stories from Tesla as well as negative. So for it to be poor , it would have to cover the majority of the staff , not ones who have sold a story about it. That's not to say it's a fantastic place being on a factory floor.
If I replied with positive working experience examples would it disprove the point or just offer two different perspectives on what poor working conditions actually are there?
Racism in AmericaYeah, there is nothing big happening in the UK right now about this.

What a shocker.........
Can't believe it only happens at Tesla and it's directly the fault of Elon musk.....
Or maybe that's another America issue that exists all over that you are extremely lazily adding?
Which ones? The British employed ones that go to work every day or the mass redundancies that happened due to a company based in Dubai?P&O workers might disagree
On another note, interesting spelling of 'concequences'
What has another posters covid response got to do with Elon musk?
