Yeah, I'm surprised to find myself in agreement with Thompson here. Never thought he'd be this one to speak absolute sense.
Most of my kopite mates are using the argument that the FA think biting is worse than racism. Don't think it helps their case using Suarez's past crimes as a defence.
"Unsurprisingly, given that on recent evidence they would be unlikely to recognise a moral dilemma if it was painted on the side of a blimp hovering above Anfield, Liverpool are shocked and disappointed."
Brilliant.
THE 10 DANGER SIGNS
Sociopath expert Dr Robert Hare has devised the following checklist to help people recognise sociopathic traits.
1. SUPERFICIAL charm. Smooth, engaging and charming, a sociopath will never become tongue-tied or embarrassed.
2. OVER-INFLATED sense of self-worth. Sociopaths believe they are superior human beings.
3. PRONE to boredom. They feel the need to be stimulated constantly.
4. PATHOLOGICAL liars. Sociopaths will be deceptive and dishonest.
5. MANIPULATIVE. They will say and do anything to deceive and cheat others.
6. LACK of remorse. No sense of the suffering of their victims.
7. LIMITED range of feelings. Don’t expect them to express anything other than happiness or sadness.
8. CALLOUS. Cold, contemptuous, inconsiderate and tactless are apt words to describe them.
9. THEY live a parasitic lifestyle. Sociopaths are often financially dependent on others.
10. THEY can’t control their behaviour. When challenged, sociopaths will appear irritable, annoyed and impatient.

Mate, even the direst bitter has to admit that Fellaini is a dirty [Poor language removed]. He's almost in a league of his own. Late challenges are his hors 'doeuvres and elbows a refreshing amuse bouche. The guy's a good player but my God, he's a dirty [Poor language removed]. Suarez's bite was nowhere near as bad as Fellaini's continued targeting of Shawcross with headbutts, elbows and punches.
They really show all the signs of a classic spousal abuse victim. It's uncanny.

Honestly, did EFC fans do this when Fellaini was up for his ban? Was there a chorus of 'well player x did y which is worse and didn't get a ban, so...'? I honestly felt like the majority reaction was, Felli you're an idiot, yes you've been provoked but that's no excuse, take it on the chin and move on. Or am I "misremembering" that Evertonians engaged in the same type of deflective behaviour?
I'm at least 8 of them. Shiit!
