I heard suggestions that he might need help, he might be on the autistic spectrum, he might have anger management issues, he might be a victim of his upbringing, he might have a personality disorder.

No, how about he's just a ****ing snide cheat, who takes his 'gamesmanship' to levels beyond that deemed acceptable to 99.9% of the rest of the game. The man is nothing more than a snide ****house, always has been, always will be.

Surely to God, he's now way overdue someone taking one for the team & straight legging the **** over the ball & snapping him?

Here another excuse
Statement from Diego Lugano, captain of Uruguay's national team:

"I send Luis a big hug in these moments when they are kicking him in the ground. All of us who compete at a thousand pulsations and maximum adrenaline are exposed to make a mistake.

Luis is the most competitive of all. He made a mistake and apologized for it. The same way a defender is mistaken when he looks for a striker's leg instead of the ball, or when a manager, referee, journalist or even chairmen are mistaken without the adrenalin of competition.

The group supports him because the quality of people is seen on a day to day basis. People who work with him like him, respect him, and protect him; be it in Uruguay, Netherlands or England. That's the most important thing in life."

There not similar at all, what Suarez did was criminal, tripping someone up is part of the sport. Why are a fair amount of Uruguayans in football absolute weapons?

That's just gibberish.

Haha they're all mental, I imagine the Uruguay squads training sessions to be like a scene from 28 Days Later.

No surprise but a real bit class and dignity from the Justice Campaign :

Suarez’s club fine will be between £200,000 and £400,000. His decision to ask that the money be donated to the Hillsborough Family Support Group provoked consternation.

Sheila Coleman, from the Hillsborough Justice Campaign, tweeted: “Suarez to make donation to Hillsborough! Ian Ayre/LFC disgraceful to use Hillsborough in this way. #Exploitation.”

HFSG chairman Margaret Aspinall said: “I’d rather not be accepting the fine from Luis Suarez because I would rather he had not bitten that player.

“It is a nice gesture but it is a terrible thing under the circumstances. We can’t say we are grateful because we would rather him not have done that at all. It is an awful thing at any time – not just this particular week.”
