I just don't see how you can defend the indefensible, yet, here they go again.

Initially I thought LFC had learnt from their collective previous mistakes with the quick apology, but after mentioning that Suarez had asked for the fine to be given to the HJC, when they didn't need to, to play on fans emotions, I consider what the club did WORSE than what Suarez did.

96 Liverpool supporters died, they were wrongfully accused and insulted in death, the wider football community has long supported that club and the campaign for justice, and the club choose to use that good cause to gain good PR for a scumbag of a person because he is worth money to them.

Fuming I am. An absolute insult to the 96.

exactly, like someone mentioned earlier, it could easily just donate thousands to that charity all the time without saying a word. But no, tries to make light of a very bad incident by deciding it's an appropriate time. my thought are with the affected families, heaven knows how furious i would be if i was affected in such a way
