Can anyone here tell me the exact distance between Anfield and Cape Town, South Africa.
Cringeworthy conversation starter for this guy, "well you know how much IIII love Liverpool...."
 
There's Everton fans on here that live in the States that have Everton plates, it's not something I'd ever have a go at someone for.

To be honest, hammering fans for being "out of towners" doesn't sit easily with me.
 
Mate I worked with was a big red. We both had company cars that were centrally ordered. His red, naturally, Mazda arrived, with EFC starting the plate!
 
Wonder if there is something we can learn from thier marketing department?

They seem to be popping up on TV all the time at the moment and there must be something the club is doing to get them there. They were on the news when random celebrities like Mike Myers was at a game. Then they were on Children in need the other week and I keep seeing that advert for Xbox One with them on it again.

Couldnt do us any harm to get on a world wide advert for xbox or playstation could it? Increase the brand awareness and all that?
 
I just met one of my sons mates at school who is a red - it is the first time I have seen him since the match and I was prepared with my "it was just payback for last year" comments regarding Kev/suarez.

He then came back at me with " I dunno if there are any statistics to prove this but I am certain all keepers play better against liverpoo than any other team"

This guy is ETON educated but thinks it is opposing teams keepers who are to blame for them being crap.

Amazing.

The more that lot talk the better we're doing. Never heard as much hot air from them as I have in the last few years when we've been finishing ahead of them. In the 90s we were often so poor that they weren't even that bothered when we beat them in a derby as it meant nothing. Now they're tryign to gett heir propaganda machines to spin snatched draws into moral victories. Just enjoy it, the more agitated their fans are the more average their team is (which it truly is at the moment). On the evidence of the last two seasons and the last three derbies we'll probably finish ahead of them again (that is unless they once again try and buy their way out of trouble which they've tried and failed to do in almost every transfer window for the last fifteen years.

It's never their fault mate. They didn't win on Saturday because they weren't allowed to play against 10 men. They didn't win at our place the season before because Stevie said we played too many long balls. The season before that they got one of our players sent off and won so let that never be spoken of again.
