Lukaku kept them on their toes all night made some great runs and Mccarthy did a solid job. But you see it differnt that's your opinion

Just got done watching due to kids. Two passengers today, Lukaku and McCarthy. The team did well to win in spite of them.

Well done to:
Williams - terrible minute for their goal including nearly killing Gana but redeemed himself
Valencia - never stopped running and linked up well
Barkley - most good things seemed to go through him
Coleman - likes to turn up against Arsenal and I'm glad he did again.

And a mention to Stek for being aggressive at the end when they were lumping it in to the box

mccarthy was brillant tonight, him and gueye broke up so many arsenal conter attacks. best hes played in ages.

They had Howard reviewing a few incidents at the end Toff, when the ball comes in it actually comes off Calvert - Lewins shoulder and goes out, but we get awarded a corner, and Williams scores from it.

At the end of the day though @LouReedwalkonthewildside we needed a slice of luck - we got it.

We've all (myself included) been harsh on McCarthy. But bloody hell, he was fantastic tonight. Him and Gueye were brilliant.

That was unbelievable !! No passengers in that team today they were all excellent ... best I've seen McCarthy play in over 2 years .. Ross Gana and McCarthy as a midfield 3 could work
