I like the idea of only signing coaches from teams that have only ever won games though. That way we can sign the lamest, cheapest players and still win because the drills are better.

A back room staff of "legends" who were part of possibly the worst Everton team/era ever. Need a clean slate. I didn't want Sam or Sam, still don't but we have to build from the bottom up now.

Seriously, they are nowhere near the best that we could have in their positions.
For the role that they are performing there would be a queue around the block, our league position and lack of Champions league etc would only put off the elite managers.
