1. No that is a blatant lie. Do you understand what that means? Try research Canada, the UK and Australia and any other country that has it. You will see you are way off with that assessment.

Some states before ACA allowed insurance companies and still do fleece their people for monthly premiums. So much so it was putting people off.

Out of pocket expenses were getting higher and coverage not as good.

2. What are you on a about? In some states its a racket and you were subjected to one or two companies only and they were normally in cahoots with each other. When the ACA came about they were deeply upset about it knowing it would hurt their profits and so did their best to blame ACA and derail it and refuse to take part.

How am I way off? Again, people aren't dying due to a lack of access to care in the US. As I noted in the original post, America's system is not efficient. As I also noted, none of you advocating for state-controlled care will bother to attempt an argument about how state-controlled care will somehow be more efficient than normal USG operations.

Seriously? Did i mention the deaths? No, I highlighted the portion of your post (even with a number) to what i was going to rebuttal on.

I ignored the deaths part as it was stupid quite frankly.

You contradict yourself so many times i am not sure whether you are genuine anymore. You started off saying how unfair we all are on trump and that you liked him to the point of backtracking and then saying you don't like him.

You bash things then make a secondary comment to try make it seem you are seeing both sides. Then you come up with this whopper.

It's a bizarre thing when one is not genuine because of the possibility that they "see both sides." I'm a libertarian leaning Christian who opposes massive entitlement spending and further deemphasis of personal responsibility in a country where half of households don't pay taxes and tax payers are on the hook for 50 billion a year in ACA subsidies. I also recognize the faults in our healthcare system, don't want people not to have access to healthcare coverage, and don't want government to abruptly do things like cut off access to abortion without fundamental societal change. Despite that, I reject the outlandish fear tactics used against Trump, in favor of the ACA, etc. (I'm not alleging you're claiming that diminishing the ACA will cost lives, but that is a very real claim made by proponents).

How is any of that hard to decipher? My question to you is - Why don't you see both sides?

But that's the thing. So leftist media as you call them have lied from time to time or exaggerated certain stories. But that's from time to time. Fox purposely (as does right media in general) hires overly dramatic guys and girls who don't care for the truth. The whole point of them is to entertain and suit their agenda all of the time.

Have you sat and watched fox news? From early morning to late in the evening it's just hate and conspiracies.

At least the centrist and leftist media have time for actual stories and opinions and most importantly they hire the opposition for their shows.

Not that i am a big fan of MSNBC you have to give them credit with the hiring of right leaning people for their opinions etc...

Do they lie? Yes some of the time all journalists do, but no where near as much and as dramatically as fox and not with as much venom and hate.

To me the only smartest thing has done has convince people on the fake media narrative. It has served his purpose brilliantly.

He has managed to make his base think everything the media does, well only the centrist and left media that is is fake. And why? Because he knew what would come from them. He knew what real stories they could dig up on him and what dirt they might find.

It served a purpose.

Now the only fools are those that believe him and can't see what a mouthpiece fox has become to serve that narrative on a platter for him.

All the while the rest of the media continue to try do their job. I am not surprised if the centrist and left media get it wrong from time to time and it can be embarrassing for them but to say they are the same as fox nah that's just naive and bs quite frankly.

If you don't think CNN and MSNBC are invested on a daily/hourly basis to undermining Trump, you're being dishonest or you're blinded by ideological loyalty. It's not a rare thing, it's a minute by minute thing. I will openly admit Fox is consistently committed to propping up the President.

Oh come on really i knew you would pull this.

Losing the crowd then lash out at everyone else claiming poor you and we are all to blame for being narrow minded and one sided haha!! Ok.

No offense i am not answering you anymore you clearly don't care what anyone else has to say. You just assume and point out how we are without actually reading what we say.

Sort of apples and oranges, no?

The comparison should be state-controlled care v private insurance and the resulting efficiencies.

It's not a reasonable comparison because there are no limits on state-controlled care. If you want to compare the efficiencies of state vs private care, be my guest, but it'll utterly fail to support the pro-state narrative. I'd love a state-run option if it operated on market principles, but it obviously won't. When private entity gets inefficient enough, it either fails or gets bailed out by government (rarely, but still). When a USG agency is wildly inefficient, nothing happens, and taxpayers are bled.

"No offense, I'm going to duck out now and pejoratively attack you on the way out"

Cheers and congrats on the intellectual fortitude. I've been nothing but respectful toward you, I note.

Proved my point right there. Not once have i been disrespectful to you. Not once.

But hey player the higher intelligence card next that's what one does right? Haha!!

Haha, pull yourself together. You ask questions, I respond. Then I'm "lashing out" and somehow "don't care what anyone has to say." It's me vs about 8 of you, and nonetheless I'm doing my best to respond in kind to each. Clearly I'm interested in what you have to say, why else would I be here? I do like the argument, but I'm not simply doing it for sport.

Says the guy who says i attacked him and disrespected him what? Haha!!

Of course there are limitations on state-run care, just as there are on private systems.

Do you work in the medical field in the US?
