Sometimes he says the right things...but then his actions speak louder than words. Even the military think it stupid to go back to a at best "don't ask/don't tell" policy on transgender troops.
Transgender troops get booted out of the military and on the same night utter scum like Arpaio get pardons, truly appalling.
