This one only needed 60 votes as it didn't have a CBO score. As I understand it the next one they are likely to vote on is the 2015 repeal bill and that only has a 50 vote threshold.

This idea that they don't know what they are voting for is silly.

They are voting to take away millions of people's health care in order to increase the wealth of the absolutely wealthiest people by imperceptible fractions.
