Good find. Not sure about the political strategy though. The Dems can likely just stay silent (after performing initial outrage, of course) and let the courts inevitably swat it aside, which would further reinforce the idea that Trump is too stupid and unhinged to actually accomplish anything.

Then Republicans will have to come out defending the ban despite the certain constitutional preclusions, and Dems could (not that they actually will) portray the Republicans as too obsessed with Penises In The Wrong Place to bring back the factory jobs like they promised.
