Between this process and the supreme court vacancy McConnell is being so destructive to Senate procedures that are unlikely to ever recover regardless of which party has congress.
Certainly seems that Heller has come around now he is voting on a completely unkown bill that he can claim "oh, I didn't know it was going to gut Medicaid in my state, honest"Seems a comprehensive and legit piece of game-changing legislation to me.
How people can stand in the way of it, when the proposal has had so much hard work, expert scrutiny and input put into it is beyond my understanding
