There's a four-letter word that those Twitter fascists use a lot to insult people... I don't think it can be used here, but it fits everyone in the GOP meekly calling this "troubling" or going full Rubio and trying to pretend this isn't happening.
I can think of a four letter word for them...

But I don't think it's the one you're taking about.

First two letters are the same mind you.

Both the FBI and now Senate Intel Committee issuing subpoenas wrt Flynn, lively week for his lawyer.

Per a Senate historian, this is the 1st subpoena Senate Intel has issued since their 9/11 joint inquiry, so they aren't common...

Let's be fair here, the Democrats have done nothing but complain about Comey, until of course Trump fired him, then he became a saint. Trump should pick three potential Directors and then let the Democrats pick the final person. Faux outrage over all of this is doing no one any good........

It's the timing and you know it. Had he been fired immediatley I think Dems would have viewed that as a sign of reaching across the aisle.

It's now so painfully obvious Trump is trying to cover things up. One can only hope he is impeached sooner rather than later.

There's no faux outrage. He should have been fired for his treatment of clintons emails 6 months ago. He should not have been fired foe escalating the Russia investigation last week.

Especially if he had dressed it up in a "more in sorrow than in anger...honorable man put in impossible situation...sadly lost confidence of both sides...need a fresh start to avoid any taint of bias " kinda way.

Instead he blew him a kiss, gave him a bro hug and said "he's become more famous than me"

Exactly.

And what in the actual F with the Russians today??? No American press? It's not even an attempt to veil it.

They certainly seemed to be having a fun time, slightly different than the body language with Merkel.

But the White House said they were "misled"

The administration official also said the White House had been misled about the role of the Russian photographer. Russian officials had described the individual as Lavrov’s official photographer without disclosing that he also worked for Tass.

“We were not informed by the Russians that their official photographer was dual-hatted and would be releasing the photographs on the state news agency,” the administration official said.

As a result, White House officials said they were surprised to see photos posted online showing Trump not only with Lavrov but also smiling and shaking hands with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Well yes, Merkel's a woman. Second class citizen as far as Trump is concerned.

EDIT: Assuming you don't happen to be a woman that he wants to ****. You know... like Ivanka.

And now it turns out that the whole thing WASN'T triggered by the Deputy AG, but by Trumo himself, and D-AG threatened to quit after being characterised as the driving force.

Not only that, Trump is looking at firing Spicer, because he blames him for how the news went over.

I mean Spicer is a train wreck, but what exactly was he supposed to do about that s**t show?!

Pretty unusual open letter to the deputy AG from the NYT..

You realize he previously lauded Comey for the exact same thing he now says is the reason for being fired.....but then I understand that Trump's capriciousness is not something that bothers his supporters

While I predicted right at the beginning he would win, I am by no means a Trump supporter. This whole thing is a farce, Clinton still blames Comey for losing and the Democrats are twisting and turning over this. Trump may well fall as a result, but no one is looking good over this issue......
