I only stole a few lamb shanks from lidl, it's a corporate entity, who is the victim?

WHO IS THE VICTIM !!!?!

Joe Public gets a mortgage or buys a car by exaggerating their income but pays the loan religiously . do people think if that’s discovered there is no prosecution? Because there is it’s mortgage fraud /fraud and plenty of people have fell foul of it including lots of buy to rent landlords .

Its mad how some consider crimes not crimes dependent on who’s accused .

To be fair, there is a shark tank at the Golden Nugget in downtown Vegas. It has a water slide right through the tank that you can view from the bar. But then I wonder if you sit with your mates at the bar and you start talking about something random and you see a stunning blonde young lady go through the water slide and she was carrying a powerful battery. The poor creature accidentally knocks the battery from her slide into the Chinese submarine. What do you do when you visit New York City and there are no hotel rooms to stay in?

" Lamb shanks from Lidl" aren't $1k.

Per the NRF 2023

New York
Los Angeles
Oakland
San Francisco
Houston
Seattle
Sacremento
Chicago
Denver
Miami
Alberquerque

Were the most affected cities (90% BEING DEMOCRAT) had/having high rates of property theft.

You can go to a store and steal under $1k worth of items and get a citation.

So if i go to 100 stores in a day and steal $920 worth of items in each, I walk away with $92,000 worth of goods...

...that is ALOT of LAMB. $1.84mil over 20 days worth of LAMB in fact.

The land of the FREE :)

The home of the BRAVE no more where security guards are prosecuted for stopping the thieves. So now theyre basically meeters and greeters :)

Yet CRIME IS DOWN say the Democrats because they refuse to punish these thieves.

Meanwhile...the stores raise prices for everyone else.

@Harryflashman you are spot on saying:

"Its mad how some consider crimes not crimes dependent on who’s accused"

The Oakland Raiders legacy is leaving behind an army of store raiders

Are you really this dense or are you just playing up for the crowd ??? I only ask as you’re really embarrassing yourself here Zat, I got no skin in the game but you are making yourself out to look very very foolish.

The examples you found are not similar to the Trump case. In the first they've made a premeditated plan to falsify records even prior to purchase, those being on even the purchase price. In the second, they falsified their entire company records from day one.

On the other points, where are the bank appraisals? Who is the victim?

With the online post from the guy saying he'd been a banker for 20 years, he's correct.

Two party's entered into an agreement. No terms of the agreement were broken with all payments made on time -- he's admitted to being a democrat and given his opinion along with that fact. There is no victim.

As for the porn star, again its the same situation. There's no evidence to prove he slept with her (although she was allowed to go veer massively off topic to attempt to embarass him) and the person who was found to have actually paid her off has a grudge against Trump.

The whole thing is fishy at best and no one else but this democrat & AG-- the democrats clearly pushed the AG and the judge to take Trump down by all means -- chose to take anything further.

If both cases look like ducks, smell like ducks and walk and talk like ducks...they're probably ducks.

The fact of the matter is that it was only the democrat party that weaponised the legal system -- not a single other person or group wanted to proceed -- so they forced the issue themselves.
"The fact of the matter is that it was only the democrat party that weaponised the legal system -- not a single other person or group wanted to proceed -- so they forced the issue themselves."

We have all said this to you many times and as per usual you ignore it....

"lock her up" and Hunters laptop are both clear examples of weaponising the legal system - it is a replublican trick it seems, Trump at the helm.

You have lost EVERY SINGLE post on this thread and yet you continue to lie and twist things - give up.

Stealing $1000 from a store in Texas is a Class A misdemeanor and can land you a fine of up to $4000 and a year in jail (a bit more than a simple citation) and the NRF had to retract some of their reporting: https://www.forbes.com/sites/markfa...ation-retracts-stats-amid-theft-war-of-words/

Crime is reported as down nationally because overall crime rates are, in fact, down. If you wish to cherry-pick a specific crime, fine. Wage theft is also on the increase and it dwarfs property crime in terms of actual $$ amounts per year.

If I steal a watch worth $2500 in Texas, I can be charged with a felony. If I fail to pay an employee $2500, I can be charged with a Class B misdemeanor, which is a lesser charge than if I stole $1000 in goods from a store (noted above).

Which isnt classed as the crime of theft.

Sounds like a business opportunity.

Zat humiliated here. Deep down he knows it but his fragile ego can’t accept it as his whole house of cards will come tumbling down.

Reminder this all started cos he complained New York wasn’t like the film Wall Street anymore.
Well, it's not. And anyone who cannot recognize this fact, not feeling, is a little girl's hair-sniffing shower buddy perv.
